You decided otherwise? It's a pity, but that's your right...
 

If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.
 

Here's how to exercise your right of withdrawal:

 

1. Register your revocation within 14 days of receipt of the goods by >shop@carrera-toys.com or fax: +43/662/88921-9333). You are also welcome to use the sample revocation form .


Please keep the proof of delivery.
