A 70 year old Porsche sports car back in the limelight as an anniversary model


Porsche came up with something very special for the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2018: The latest Porsche 911 RSR #91 was launched in its historic blue and white design with red and gold stripes. The Porsche 911 RSR with start numbers 91 and 92 hit the starting grid in the traditional Le Mans decor from the 70s and 80s. The iconic Livery of the 80s was reissued on the occasion of the Porsche anniversary "70 years of sports cars". Number 91 in a blue and white design, decorated with red and gold stripes, reminds you of the former sponsor Rothmans. The car with start number 91 finished second after its sister car with start number 92 and made the double victory perfect for Porsche.
